Works with

The problem

The audit was the easy part

Most SEO tools stop at a list of issues. Then the work stalls:

  • The client doesn't replyApprovals sit in an inbox, so nothing ships.
  • Nobody wants to touch the live siteOne bad publish can cost the account.
  • The report is screenshots from five tabsAnd the client still asks what you did.

Insyght is built for the steps after the list.

How it works

From finding to proof, in one place

  1. 1

    Find

Insyght crawls each site, reads Search Console and Analytics daily, and ranks what to do by what it's worth.

  2. 2

    Send

Pick the changes, add the reason, and send them to the owner as one batch.

  3. 3

    Approve

The owner approves on their phone, approves with changes, or asks a question.

  4. 4

    Publish

Approved changes go to WordPress or Webflow in the client's quiet window, then get verified.

  5. 5

    Measure

Each change is measured against a 28-day baseline, then lands in the monthly report.

The next round starts from the results.

Safety

Nothing goes live without a yes

Every change, reply and listing edit needs a person's approval. Everything published can come back.

  • Publishes in your quiet window, in the client's time zone
  • Re-checks the live page just before publishing
  • Verifies the change at 5, 20 and 50 minutes
  • Undo any published change for 30 days
  • Exact steps for anything it can't write itself

  • Results and history of everything done in the business's name
  • A short morning digest, and reminders if something waits

FAQ

Questions agencies ask

Something else? Ask us

Will my clients really log in to approve things?

They don't need a password or an app. They get a short email, tap through, enter a code, and see only what needs them, with the reason in plain words. If something waits, they get a reminder at 1, 3 and 7 days, and then your account lead is told.

Is publishing to a client's site safe?

Nothing publishes without a person's approval. Approved changes go out in a quiet window you set, in the client's time zone. The live page is checked again just before, then verified 5, 20 and 50 minutes after. Anything can be undone for 30 days.

Is this another AI tool that makes things up?

The site audit uses no AI at all: about 80 website checks across 15 areas, plus 21 Business Profile checks. AI drafts titles, descriptions, review replies and report wording; a person approves every one. Every number in a report comes from the client's own Search Console, Analytics and Business Profile data.

What if the owner just ignores it?

Silence is never treated as a yes. An admin can record the owner's spoken OK, and the owner can hand whole types of work back to you, such as technical fixes.

Does it work with our sites?

WordPress through the SlideFactory Connector plugin, with Yoast, Rank Math or AIOSEO, and Webflow through its API. Anything Insyght can't write directly, such as links, schema or page-builder content, comes with exact steps for your team and a check of the live page afterwards.

Can it carry our agency's name?

Client emails go out as your agency for the client, with your sender name, logo, brand colour and reply-to. The portal sign-in and home show your logo and colour.
